will be hosting it’s first member meeting Thursday, September 15th

after school in room K204. Be there!

Travis Tennis defeated Dulles 10 to 9. This is the

first time Travis has beaten Dulles in tennis since Travis has been

opened. Great job to all the tennis players! I am very proud of you!  --Coach Martinez

• The PSAT will be held on the morning of Wednesday, October 12, 2011. All students will be on a testing schedule so they will not have to worry about make-up work in classes that morning. All 10th graders will take the test for free and will be automatically registered for the test. Any 9th, 11th or 12th grader may take the PSAT for a fee of $20.

• 11th graders are highly encouraged to register so that they have the opportunity to

become eligible for a National Merit Scholarship next year. Registration will be

during all three lunches the week of Sept. 12- Sept. 16. 11th graders on Free and Reduced Lunch can take the test for $13. Please bring cash or make checks payable to the Travis High School Activity Fund. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your

counselor.
