This is what the log in screen looks like when students have been set up.

Password is Administrator when logging on to the administrator portion. Log on as administrator to access teacher options.

Under teacher options, click on classes…to add a new class just click on the new class button

This is what the screen looks like for adding new students.

Make sure that if you use a password for each student, it is something they can remember

Each student needs a unique display picture

to log on to the Inteliltools program. This will be how they recognize which is

theirs

This is what the assignment screen looks like….make sure the student that is

highlighted is the one you want to assign the activity too.

When an assignment is listed for a student it will show up like this under that student

These are for practice only and cannot be assigned to a student

Customize the assignment before you publish it.You can not assign an assignment until it is published

You can preview the assignment, customize it, or publish it as it is. Customize first so that you can make sure it is

applicable for your students.

When an assignment is published it will show up on this screen.

Using this template you can create a variety of sorting activities depending on the grade level and need of student.

This template is great for all general education classes as well because it allows practice for fluency. The template allows for you to fix it to the individual students needs. Make sure you click to publish it after it is

customized. Each student can have an activity that is specific to their needs.

If you click on activity exchange it will take you to the website to find more activities and templates

already created
