Sweetened Condensed Milk 28 oz 2 cans

Shredded Coconut 12 cups
Directions1. POURwater and food coloring into mixer bowl.
2. ADD almond extract and sweetened condensed milk.
3. ADD mix. Mix using paddle attachment on medium speed for2 minutes.
4. FOLD in coconut. Mix on low speed an additional 2 minutes.
5. DEPOSIT using a #30 scoop into greased or paper lined fullsheet pan in a 4x5 pattern.

Ingredients Measure
Rice Chex 8 cups
Sliced Almonds cup
Coconut 1 cup
Dried Cranberries 1 cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk 1, 14 oz can
Strawberry Gelatin powder cup
Directions
1. Line a full sheet pan with parchment paper. Lightlysprayparchment paper with pan release and set aside.
2. Combine Rice Chex, almonds, coconut and cranberries in alarge mixing bowl and set aside.
3. Pour sweetenedcondensed milk in a small mixing bowl. Addstrawberry gelatin powder and stir until well mixed.
4. Drizzlesweetened condensed milk mixture over Rice Chexmixture. Fold in using rubber spatula until Rice Chex mixture is
evenly coated.5. Spread mixture evenly across sheet pan. Mixture should onlybe one layer thick.
6. Bake in a 300 convection oven for 8 to 12 minutes oruntil light golden brown. Rotate pan 180 way throughbaking for even browning. Cool completely.7. Store in an airtight container.
