This study is focused in the design and development of a Library Management System for the University of the Northern Philippines

the major processes are namely searching of books, viewing of the book’s details, maintenance and adding of books, library card monitoring and validation, and borrowing of the books for take home or outside the library.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

The proposed system will be limited on the fines and payments of the students due to overtime take home/borrowing of books.

establishing a connection for outside the school campus and network access because the said system will be only available inside the University of the Northern Philippines Library
