That is why we are talking about heroes!
• We have gone through a long process, in which we asked customers, employees and members of the management:

• The analysis showed that we have a good image and a good, strong culture.
• The analysis also showed that we need a bit more drive and action to reach our goal – and the conclusion was that our new company personality must be
But why the Hero?
Because the defining characteristics of the Hero are:
• The Hero's motto is: Where there's a will there's a way
• The Hero's greatest desire is: To prove his worth through courageous and difficult deeds
• The Hero's goal is: To become and remain the market leader in creating win-win situations in a way that makes the world a better place
• The Hero's ambition is: To become as strong, competent and powerful as possible
• The Hero's talents are: Competence, winning spirit and constant development

What is it that makes a Hero a Hero?
• one who crosses boundaries and who also has the courage to say no
• one who works with others to achieve a common goal
• one who spreads good spirits and is considerate towards his or her colleagues
• one who can say sorry, because the Hero is human, and no one is without his or her faults
• one who leads by setting a good example – and gets others to follow
• one who does not gloat, but who shares the glory with others
• one who unselfishly makes the workday a bit brighter for his or her colleagues
• one who gets others to stand as one
• one who helps on an everyday basis when the heat is turned up
• one who does an unexpected good deed for another
• one who makes an effort to rescue or help others
