Who were the Vikings?

They were people who lived long ago in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.They raided homelands and traded with them in the North and Central Europe between the 8th century and the 11th known as THE VIKING AGE.Most vikings were handymen, with all kinds of skills like pottery, boat-buidling and smithing.
