Where your whole world meets
“THE TABERNACLE is where art
comes alive in more ways than
one. Art is shared, appreciated
and experienced by everyone
who visits. A multitude of
craftsmanship, imagination
and expertise is show cased.
Art has no precise definition. It
can take the form of any
creativity, inspiration or
perceptibility that someone
might have and wishes to
share and express. The
Tabernacle encourages that
expression.” Sinitta Malone

“Today The Tabernacle booms with activity. On any given day there is a drawing class, a yoga class, an arts and craft class for children, an exhibition in the gallery, ballet classes, a community residents meeting, a martial arts class, a Booker Prize winning speaker, plus musical or comedic acts performing in the hall or families outside in the summer. At Carnival time The Tabernacle explodes with more activity. Costumes that have been all a year in the making are presented and Mangrove Steel Band swells from its customary size to 80 musicians.” Tales of The Tab by Lynne
