Siegfried Business Terms
30 Days Notice - We request that Clients provide thirty (30) days “roll off notice” so that we know when those Professionals will be released from a Project and can be marketed for re-deployment to other Clients.
Hours Expectation- Our expectation is for Siegfried professionals to work an average of 48 to 51 hours per week with the ability to work more hours during peak periods as desired by the Client. Siegfried’s contract requires a minimum average of 45 hours per week. All services are provided at the agreed hourly rates – there are no “premiums” or “overtime” surcharges.
No Direct Solicitation of Siegfried Professionals - On occasion, a client may wish to offer employment to one of our professionals. In principle, Siegfried is not a "temp to permanent provider" and we impose limitations. Discuss particulars involving minimum assignment, conversion fee, permission and other restrictions with your Siegfried Managing Director.
Adherence to Our Performance Assurance Review (PAR) Process - Through initial and periodic status meetings with the Client, Siegfried stays connected to the Client’s Project needs to ensure that the client is receiving value and to receive performance feedback.
Annual Rate Increases – The Siegfried Group adjusts its capability rates on an annual basis on January 1
of each year, following thirty days’ written notice.
