At least 100 are upgraded to standard OS configuration

Visualization Lab area renovated and ready to use by October 2010.

3 projects and 3 classes to use the Visualization Lab before the end of 2010.

Renovation of area assigned for new data center complete and new facility ready to use by February 2011.

Relocate 8 existing research equipment racks from JPL data center to new facility. Complete by March 2011.

Increase new data center utilization by three times the initial load before March 2012.

Recovery of 5% of space, cooling and power capacity in the JPL data center, and reduce the UPS power loads by 5% on the JPL DC.
