The Metal Garden, located in Tucson, Arizona, creates unique, organic, creative metal sculptures.

Born in the South, I grew up in a world of incredible green plant life. After serving in the Army, I moved back to my beautiful, lush home town of Atlanta. I graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in visual communications.

For the next 17 years I sat behind a computer doing graphic design. During those 17 years, I searched for the perfect job, one that would inspire me.

Always surrounded by plants, I toyed with the idea of becoming a gardener, landscaper or nursery worker. It wasn’t until I discovered metal in the fall of 2005 that I knew I had found my calling. From there, along with my wife’s help, I combined my love of organic forms with my love of raw steel to create The Metal Gardener.
