The elegant Winston Room was the hotel’s original dining room in the late 1880’s and offers natural light from the large
windows with superb feature drapes. The Winston Room is the perfect venue for intimate wedding parties.
All spaces incur a minimum catering spend dependent on day of the week, season and guest numbers.

Venue AccessVenue access is permitted two hours prior to the event start
time for suppliers, unless by prior arrangement.
ParkingThe Hotel offers valet parking for guests staying at the Hotel. Please speak to your event coordinator for applicable charges. Wilson Parking is located directly behind the hotel and can be
accessed via both Little Collins & Bourke Streets .
Wheelchair AccessWheelchair access is available from an alternate entrance on
Spring Street. Please see Concierge at the main entrance who will assist you.
Audio VisualWe can assist you with any AV requirements you may have.

Wedding Particulars
Noise RestrictionsThe Grand Ballroom and Bourke Room can accommodate
amplified music however due to Hotel accommodation, music must cease by 11:30pm. Acoustic music only is permitted in
both The Winston Room and The Canberra Room. Please see the Catering Sales Department Terms & Conditions
for further information.
DeliveriesPlease consult with your event coordinator for delivery
instructions. All deliveries must be clearly labelled and adhere to times discussed.
Event Confirmation & PaymentTo secure your wedding reception, the Hotel’s terms and
conditions must be signed and returned with a 25% security deposit within 7 to 14 days of placing a tentative booking.
Menu selections are required no less than two weeks prior to the event and final guest numbers are required a minimum of
three business days prior.
