LTP has completed legal reform projects in many countries, e.g.:

Slovak secured transactions (2000-2006)– Assisted Slovak government with comprehensive reform of

secured transactions regime (pledge and mortgage) based on best international practice

Russia corporate governance code (2000-2002)– Assisted in development of corporate governance code, endorsed

by the Russian Government

Moldova Mortgage Law (2008)– Sponsored new legislation act to support mortgage activities
