ABOUT USDreamed up one evening over a family curry, The Drinks Box concept was created

by a misunderstanding of the pronunciation of the word “Rolls Royce” for

“Horsebox”!

That was in April and here we are now with Jasper - The Drinks Box.

We are a family run business with backgrounds in both Hospitality and Marketing.

Serving award winning coffee using a Pompei Ultra coffee machine in a unique

retro design, specialist teas, sparkling wines, red/white wines, beers, spirits and soft

drinks.

The Drinks Box has been lovingly converted from a 1970’s “Rice” double horse

trailer into a mobile bar delivering a unique experience for you and your guests.

BAR HIRETypically The Drinks Box is available for Weddings, Corporate Events or Private

Events (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christenings, Retirements etc) where we provide a

varied selection of wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, coffee and tea for your guests.

To keep things simple, we have created two simple bar hire options for you, which

you can see below.

CASH BAR

We’ll serve your guests wines, beers,

spirits, soft drinks and teas/coffees who

will then pay for their individual drinks by

cash or card. We accept card payments

and do not charge any card payment

fees.

ACCOUNT BAR

A running tab will be kept throughout

your event and will be settled by cash or

card at the end of the day/night. The bar

can then become a cash bar where

your guests pay for their individual

drinks by cash or card.

BESPOKE PACKAGESWe are also able to work with you to create bespoke packages for your

wedding, corporate event or private events.

For weddings, this can include welcome drinks, table wine and event champagne /

prosecco for toasting.

At corporate events, this can include corporate branding, a bespoke drinks menu

or even your own brand of soft drink / alcohol.

We can also source a wide variety of drinks should you want to include your

favourite tipple.

As each bespoke package varies depending on your specific requirements, we will

discuss the cost of these packages when you contact us.

PRICINGWe operate a clear pricing tariff with no extra hidden charges, so the price for hiring

The Drinks Box, including set up, with two trained members of staff for each

package is one standard booking fee with a minimum spend:

Booking fee (non-refundable) £250

Subject to a minimum spend of £750*

*Payable one month before event (credit card fees will apply)

Also, if a temporary events notice (TEN) is needed, this will be at an extra cost. This

can be obtained by us on your behalf.

Bespoke packages are quoted separately as these depend on your exact

requirements.
