• All volunteers

Our role is to:

• Advocate on behalf of the Denmark community

• Support health related projects• Consult with community members

and groups• Raise awareness of health issues• Build partnerships with other

providers

What do we do?

• Meet monthly• Discuss complaints, issues, new

developments• Address health related issues in the

Denmark community

Our successes so far

• Improved signage for the Denmark Health Service

• Buckle up campaign • Youth Alcohol Forum

What next?

• Health fair• Grant applications r/t youth issues• Planning for 2014-15
