CAUCE
Registration/Information Form
CAUCE is the Connecticut chapter of the Association of United Church Educators, a diverse group of educators in the United Church of Christ who recognize that strengthening programs of Christian education/Faith formation is essential to the vitality of our churches in the 21st century. To that end, CAUCE offers a meeting place for all in the state of Connecticut who are interested to come together for support, training, networking and advocacy.
CAUCE serves as: • an advocate for Faith formation education
throughout the Connecticut Conference; • a sponsor of training events for teachers,
youth leaders, educators, and others involved with Faith formation;
• a source of research and information to churches and educators seeking guidance on compensation trends throughout our state;
• a link to opportunities for local, regional and national workshops.
A highlight of CAUCE’s work is an annual seminar, including keynote speaker and workshops, addressing a current topic of interest to educators. This annual gathering is a great opportunity to share ideas and support with others in Christian formation.
Representatives Each region in the Connecticut Conference is represented on the Coordinating Committee by a Christian educator or pastor who communicates with Christian educators in their association.
A Basic Membership in CAUCE includes: • All active Christian educators
• Youth workers
• Clergy
• Church school teachers and volunteers
• Superintendents

A Supporting Membership, with an annual donation
