The new Sovereign Square development is situated adjacent to Leeds station, the proposed HS2 terminus, and in the heart of Leeds city centre. It is part of a trio of buildings with a new public square as its focal point.
The development is well established with KPMG having taken occupation of One Sovereign Square and our recent completion of 3 Sovereign Square. The final plot, 2 Sovereign Square, will be coming later this year. Also Leeds Building Society recently bought Sovereign House for a new 80,000 sq ft HQ.
