THE POINT

WHAT TIME SHOULD A BELIEVER RISE UP EVERY DAY? IS IT IMPORTANT THAT A BELIEVER RISES UP EARLY EVERY MORNING? HOW MUCH A PERSON LOVES THE LORD CAN BE JUDGED PRIMARILY BY THE WAY HE CHOSES BETWEEN HIS BED AND THE LORD. DO YOU LOVE YOUR BED OR THE LORD MORE? THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION WILL DETERMINE YOUR LOVE FOR THE LORD. THIS MORNING THE LORD WANTS TO ENCOURAGE HIS CHILDREN TO WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING TO SEEK HIM FOR THERE IS A SPECIAL BLESSING ON EACH ONE WHO ENCOUNTER GOD EARLY IN THE MORNING.

EXODUS 16

14 When the dew was gone, thin flakes like frost on the ground appeared on the desert floor. 15 When the Israelites saw it, they said to each other, "What is it?" For they did not know what it was. Moses said to them, "It is the bread the Lord has given you to eat. 16 This is what the Lord has commanded: 'Each one is to gather as much as he needs. Take an omer for each person you have in your tent.' " 17 The Israelites did as they were told; some gathered much, some little.

18 And when they measured it by the omer, he who gathered much did not have too much, and he who gathered little did not have too little. Each one gathered as much as he needed. 19 Then Moses said to them, "No one is to keep any of it until morning." 20 However, some of them paid no attention to Moses; they kept part of it until morning, but it was full of maggots and began to smell. So Moses was angry with them. 21 Each morning everyone gathered as much as he needed, and when the sun grew hot, it melted away.

EXCEPT FOR THOSE WHO ARE SICK AND SHOULD REALLY TAKE TIME TO SLEEP, ALL HEALTHY CHRISTIANS SHOULD WAKE UP EARLY TO FELLOWSHIP WITH THE LORD.

EARLY MORNING IS THE BEST TIME TO MEET GOD. MANNA WAS GATHERED BEFORE THE SUN ROSE.SPIRITUAL FOOD AND SPIRITUAL EDIFICATION IS RECEIVED EARLY IN THE MORNING

When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus' body. Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb and they asked each other, "Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?" But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. "Don't be alarmed," he said. "You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.
