Right to keep and bear arms (have weapons)

Amendment 3

People cannot be forced to quarter troops during peacetime

quarter: to house and feed a soldier

Amendment 4

Search and Seizureprotect people from unreasonable search and seizure

warrant: a document issued to permit a search when reasonable evidence is offered

Amendment 5

No one may be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law

Right of accused to remain silent

Due process: every person is treated fairly
