Need to change a date, spelling, hours, or make other correction, click edit

Adding Pictures

1. Choose Experience (Project Name)

2. Browse for Picture File

3. Upload

Adding Captions

• Click Edit

• Change Date

• Rotate Picture (if needed)

• Add Caption in White Box

Writing a Caption

The caption for a picture should be well written in complete sentences containing the following information: What is happening Where it is happening Who is pictured Why is this picture significant to your project

Adding Income & Expenses

Click Finances

Adding Income & Expenses

• Click Cash Income to enter all income from your project. SAVE

• Click Cash Expenses to record all expenses related to your project. SAVE

Creating Proficiency Application

Click on Reports

Creating Proficiency Application

• Click on Degree/Application Manager

Selecting Proficiency Area

• Choose either Entrepreneurship Proficiency OR Placement Proficiency.

• Add New.

• It depends on your SAE project which one you choose.

Proficiency Application

Click Application Link

Completing Proficiency Application

• Complete all Sections

• Generate Application
