• Click on ReviewScan 3.0 near bottom of the page

• Allow the software to installation process

• Once finished, a shortcut will appear on the desktop

► Verify that ALL documents that are being used are for the 2009 administration only.

► Verify that the Student Response Folders for ALL students tested have been returned.

► Verify that the pre-identified student labels are in place or that all hand gridded information is complete.

► Place ALL Student Response Folders in a stack.

► Complete all the information on a Document Count Form.

► Place the document count form on top of the stack of response folders.

► Place a paper band around the stack of response folders and secure the paper band with tape. Do not use staples or paper clips.

► Place all banded stack in a box. Seal the box

► Place the orange scorable label on the side of the box. Complete all needed information on the label.

► Students found to be in possession of any electronic device that reproduces, transmits, calculates, or records WILL be invalidated. “Possession” is defined as “within arm’s reach,” even if the

electronic device is not visible Students should not have cell phones in their pockets,

clipped to their belts, at their desks, or anywhere they can be easily accessed during testing

► Four day administration required October 19th – Reading October 20th – Mathematics Two days for make-ups

► The testing time 180 minutes per test (proposed) BUT Must be extended for ALL students who need it Allowed to work until end of school day but not beyond

Reminder for Students BEFORE the Script is Read

► If a student draws a line or an X through an answer, the line must NOT extend into a bubble, or the stray mark could be scanned as the answer.

► If a student marks in two or more bubbles, the response will be recorded as a WRONG answer.

► If a student circles answers instead of gridding the bubbles, the answers will NOT be scored.
