Soarele este o sursa inepuizabila de energie. Nu toata energia produsa de soare ajunge insa pe suprafata pamantului; o parte este blocata de catre straturile superioare ale atmosferei, o parte este reflectata inapoi in spatiu, o parte este dispersata si difuzata in alte directii de catre moleculele de aer si particulele de praf din atmosfera, o parte este absorbita de catre vaporii de apa, bioxid de carbon si ozon.
Radiatia care ajunge pe o suprafata se numeste radiatie solara globala si este suma a trei factori:
• Radiatia directa: partea care nu este absorbita sau difuzata de catre particulele din atmosfera si astfel ajunge pe suprafata pamantului.
• Radiatia difuza: partea care este difuzata dar reuseste sa ajunga pe suprafata colectorului.
• Radiatia reflectata: radiatia care ajunge pe suprafata pamantului dupa ce a fost reflectata de catre alte suprafete sau de catre atmosfera.
Energia solara care ajunge pe suprafata pamantului este de aproximativ 1.000 W/m2. Totusi aceasta valoare variaza in functie de intrebuintarea optima a panourilor solare:
• Inclinarea panoului solar: in general, unghiul optim pentru a obtine cel mai mare nivel de energie este cu aproximativ 10 grade mai putin decat latitudinea in cauza . Pentru latitudinea noastra circa 42° (Italia), inclinarea optima a panoului in Italia este de 30°.
• Orientarea panoului: orientarea ideala este spre Sud, dar rezultate satisfacatoare se pot obtine si cu variatii spre sud-est si sud-vest.

The sun is an inexhaustible source of energy. Not all the energy produced by the sun reaches the surface of the earth however; part is blocked by the outer layers of the atmosphere; part is refl ected back into space; part is dispersed and diffused in other directions by air molecules and dust particles in the atmosphere; part is absorbed by water vapour, carbon dioxide and ozone.
The radiation that strikes a surface is called global solar radiation and is the sum of three factors:
• Direct radiation: the part that isn’t absorbed or diffused by the particles in the atmospheric and therefore reaches the surface of the earth.
• Diffused radiation: the part diffused, but which in any case manages to strike the surface of the solar collector.
• Reflected radiation: the radiation that reaches the earth’s surface after having been refl ected off other surfaces or the earth’s atmosphere.
The solar energy that reaches the surface of the earth is equal to roughly 1,000 W/m2. This value varies however, in relation to the optimal use of solar panels, on the basis of:
• The inclination of the solar panel: in approximate terms, the optimal angle for the highest energy production is roughly 10 degrees less than the latitude in question. For our latitudes, roughly 42°, the optimal inclination in Italy is 30°.
• Orientation of the panel: the ideal orientation is South, but satisfactory results can also be obtained with southeast and southwest variations.
• The time of day and year.
• The latitude.
• Weather conditions: on a cloudy day the diffused component has a greater effect than the direct component.

In plus fata de protectia mediului (energia solara nu produce emisii poluante) exista si avantaje economice.
Folosirea sistemelor solare trebuie incurajata deoarece:
• Tehnologia sistemelor solare este foarte eficienta si are costuri rezonabile.
• Costurile de intretinere sunt minime.
• Costurile initiale ale instalatiei pot fi amortizate destul de repede; exista diverse programe publice de stimulare care fac aspectul economic si mai favorabil.
• Energia obtinuta nu depinde de variatiile de pret din decursul anilor.
• Energia solara este o sursa mereu disponibila si nu poate fi restrictionata si conditionata: face familia si comunitatea independenta.

In addition to the protection of the environment (solar energy produces no polluting emissions) there are also economic advantages.
The use of thermal solar systems should be encouraged because:
• Solar thermal technology has a very reasonable cost and is very efficient.
• Minimum maintenance costs.
• The initial cost of the system can be paid off quite quickly; there are forms of public economic incentives that make the economic aspect even more favourable.
• The energy obtained isn’t subject to price variations over the years.
Safe investment.
• Solar energy is a source which is always available and isn’t subject to restrictions and conditions: it makes the family and community independent.

Aplicatiile uzuale sunt instalatiile de apa calda menajera, incalzire ambientala si incalzirea piscinelor; exista de asemenea o crestere a interesului in sectoarele industrial si agricol, cat si pentru instalatii hoteliere si chillere solare. Colectorii solari pentru piscine pot furniza pana la 100% din necesarul de incalzire. Cu atat mai mult, acestea sunt instalatiile cu montajul cel mai simplu.
The most common applications are DHW plants, ambient heating plants and swimming pool heating plants; and there is growing interest in industrial and agricultural sectors, as well as in installations for hotels and solar chillers. Solar collectors for swimming pools can supply up to 100% of the heating requirements. Furthermore, these are the simplest of all systems to install.
In prezent sistemele solare de pe piata folosesc tehnologie de varf foarte bine dezvoltata. Sectorul de aplicare cel mai popular este cel al panourlor solare pentru preparare ACM si/sau incalzire in locuinte private, unde se ajunge la economii de energie de la 50 la 80 % pentru ACM si de la 20 la 40% pentru necesarul total de energie la incalzire si preparare ACM.
Today, the solar systems on the market use technology which has reached the peak of its development. The most popular sector of application is solar thermal panels for the production of domestic hot water and/or for heating private homes, where energy savings range from 50 to 80% for DHW production and from 20 to 40% for the total heat demand in heating and DHW applications.

Unghiul de deviatie al panourilor fata de SUD afecteaza producerea de energie pe parcursul anului si al zilei. Deviatii de la -30° pana la +30° aduc cel mai bun rezultat energetic de-a lungul anului, cu furnizare de energie in miezul zilei. Deviatii peste 30° pana la 90° dau rezultate diminuate de performanta energetica, dar totusi acceptabila pentru instalatie. Deviatii peste 90° nu sunt indicate in folosirea panourilor solare.
The angle of deviation to the SOUTH of the panels affects the energy production during the year and daily utilization times. Deviations of between -30° and +30° give the highest energy production throughout the year, with energy supplied in the middle of the day. Deviations of over 30° and up to 90° produce less energy, but the plants will still have an acceptable performance. Deviations of over 90° are not recommended.

In acest caz, soarele incalzeste fluidul termic care circula prin panourile solare si ulterior este circulat de pompa sistemului solar in schimbatorul de caldura instalat in rezervorul de apa menajera. In acest fel apa menajera este incalzita direct de la soare. Gradul de acoperire optim anual al cererii de energie pentru incalzirea ACM cu sisteme solare este de 50-80%.
In this case, the sun heats the heat-carrying fl uid circulating in the solar panels which, subsequently, is circulated by the solar pump in the heat exchanger installed in the domestic water tank. In this way, domestic water is heated directly by the sun! The optimal annual coverage of energy requirements for heating domestic hot water with solar systems is around 50% - 80%.

Pentru a obtine un grad de acoperire anual al cererii de energie de aprox. 70-85% pentru prepararea ACM, trebuie instalati 1-2 m² de colectori solari si aprox. 70-100 litri de acumulare apa per persoana.

In acest caz soarele incalzeste fluidul termic care circula in panourile solare si este pompat de catre pompa sistemului solar in schimbatorul de caldura al rezervorului de apa calda - Puffer. Apa calda menajera este incalzita folosind un rezervor combinat de apa calda sau alt rezervor de acumulare ACM. In acest fel, apa calda menajera si sistemul de incalzire central sunt incalzite direct de catre soare.
In this case the sun heats the heat-carrying fl uid circulating in the solar panels, which is pumped by the solar pump into the heat exchanger in a hot water storage tank. The DHW is heated using a combined hot water storage tank or another boiler. In this way, domestic water and central heating system are heated directly by the sun!

Gradul optim anual de acoperire a cererii de energie trebuie calculat pentru fiecare instalatie in parte.

In instalatiile de dimensiuni mici si medii cel mai des se folosesc schimbatoare de caldura realizate din tevi spiralate integrate in acumulatoarele de apa calda sau boilere. In acest caz, suprafata exterioara a tevii trebuie sa fie de cel putin 0,5 m2/m2 de suprafata a colectorului. Pentru instalatiile mai mari se calculeaza puterea generata de catre instalatia de colectori solari si in baza acestor calcule se utilizeaza un schimbator de caldura in placi de dimensiuni adecvate.
The heat exchangers most often used in small and medium-size plants consist of spiral pipes in the hot water storage tank or boiler. In this case, the outer surfaces of the pipe must be equal to at least 0.5 m2/m2 the surface area of the solar collector. In bigger plants, the power generated by the collector installation requires the use of heat exchangers with plates of a suitable size, on the basis of project data.

Instalatii solare pentru incalzirea apei din piscinaSolar systems for heating water in a swimming pool
In cazul piscinelor folosite in principal vara, se pot folosi panouri termo solare (model OKU) prin care curge direct apa din piscina. In acest fel instalatia este simplificata, reducandu-se numarul de parti componente si apa din piscina este incalzita direct de la soare!
Dimensionare:
Urmatorii factori se iau in considerare la proiectarea instalatiei solare pentru piscina:
• Conductivitatea termica a bazinului spre exterior (sol)
• Conductivitatea termica la suprafata apei spre exterior (aer)
• Evaporarea apei din piscina
Indicat este sa se instaleze de la 50 – 100% m² de colectori solari pentru fiecare m² de piscina.
In the case of swimming pools used mainly in summer, solar thermal panels with the water of the swimming pool running inside can be used (OKU model). This simplifies the plant, reducing also the number of components used.

The following factors must be considered when planning a solar thermal plant for a swimming pool:
• the thermal dispersion to the ground through the walls of the swimming pool
• the thermal dispersion through the surface of the water
• the evaporation of the water in the swimming pool.

Cererea termica pentru incalzirea unei piscine variaza, depinzand de temperatura apei (20 – 27°C), intre 500 si 1500 kWh/an si m² de suprafata a piscinei. Sistemele de incalzire a piscinei cu energie solara ofera avantaje considerabile prin:
• Simultaneitatea cererii de energie termica si a radiatiei solare maxime pe timp de vara;
• temperatura necesara scazuta;
• simplitatea instalatiei;
• nu sunt necesare schimbatoare de caldura sau rezervor de acumulare;
• Recuperarea rapida a investitiei, costuri de functionare si intretinere inferioare celor ce provin de la instalatiile clasice.
The thermal requirements for heating a swimming pool depend on the temperature of the water and can range from 500 - 1500 KWh/year per m2 of swimming pool surface area.
Swimming pool heating systems offer considerable advantages for exploiting solar energy thanks to:
• the simultaneous thermal demand and maximum solar radiation in summer;
• the low temperature required;
• plant simplicity;
• no hot water storage or heat exchangers required;
• fast pay-back times.

Built with the latest production systems, it is made using top quality components. High quality aluminium corrosion-proof one-piece tank (AlMg). Graphite grey powder-coated aluminium glass moulding (RAL 7024) with die-cast aluminium corners. Locking system designed to open for inspection with integrated perimeter vulcanized EPDM seals, resistant to temperature changes and UV rays. Prismatic solar safety glass with high transparency and low iron content. Tank edges and bottom insulated with quality rock wool, free of formaldehyde and adhesives. Full copper absorber with highly-selective metal-ceramic ultrasonic welded plate. Conical, screw-on and self-retaining brass fittings for direct connection of collectors and fitting set. Circular heat-resistant silicone seals, mechanically stable and watertight. The collector is suitable for assembly on the roof or on a frame and for integration with the roofing. The ASB-series collectors with extensive surface area are available in standard dimensions 5 m2 and 10 m2. The absorber’s special design and high performances make the collectors ideal for large solar thermal systems. Fiorini produces a range of custom solar collectors that integrate perfectly also in the most sophisticated architectural solutions. With the custom AS3AMO Fiorini solar collector, you can obtain roofing coefficients that would be impossible with standard collectors. Furthermore, you can realise installations that are perfectly integrated in the structure to emphasise the architectural characteristics of the roofing where the system is installed. The materials used are excellent quality. The frame and tank are made of aluminium plate, the removable moulding is made of painted aluminium (RAL 8019). Prismatic solar safety glass - high transparency, low iron content. Tank edges and bottom insulated with quality rock wool, free of formaldehyde and adhesives. Full copper absorber with highly-selective metal-ceramic or nickel-chrome ultrasonic or Eldor-Plasma welded plate. Wide range of installation solutions All models of the collector are available in several versions of installation, fixing and materials. Adecvat pentru sisteme solare cu apa si glicol, poate fi adaptat dupa nevoi (apa, propilen glicol, etilen glicol, Tyfocor® LS).The WMZ is a universal calorimeter designed for solar and heating systems.It has a graphic display showing the delivery and return temperature, the quantity of heat, the flow and yield of the plant a well as any faulty probes (the balance values are saved also in a blackout). Suitable for solar systems with water and glycol solutions, it can be adjusted as needed (water, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, Tyfocor® LS).
