desenvolvidos• Nasce o LED padrão Vermelho (660nm) 5mm 20mA
• 1980s• LEDs de Arsenieto de Gálio e Alumínio (GaAlAs) são
introduzidos• Performance superior• Brilho 10X
• 1990s• Shuji Nakamura desenvolve o LED AZUL• Nitreto de Gálio e Índio (InGaN)• Mais tarde LEDs BRANCOS são feitos adicionando-se um ponto
de fósforo amarelo sobre a superfície emissora de luz
