Conclusion:-
• Telecom sector is one of the fastest growing sectors in India. There is enormous growth and development in technical requirement as well as the HR initiatives to be undertaken to achieve the MISSION set with high standards of corporate VISION.
• Having said that it is imperative to say that HR is and will be playing an important role in acquiring manpower with the required soft skills and developing the employee with adequate motivation for higher retention.
