Temporary matrix button softened with heat. Eithera butane flame or hot water may be used.

Cooling it with air water spray hardens the matrix.Paint the underside with Tempglaze or similar glaze

Mark the Buccal with an X or tooth number usingSharpie marker pen to help orient it later

Temporary restoration is coronoplastied and Margins cleaned up. Any void may be filled in with flowable composite resin.
