EAST LOS ANGELES RENTAL CENTER - THESIS PROJECTNewSchool of Architecture and Design 20103
Create a system of rental centers that will supplement the Metro light rail of Los Angeles. This program will work much like the zip car program but at a much larger scale.
By providing an efficient and convient way of getting to and from the rail stations, users will find it much easier to utilize public transportation and will perhaps adopt a greener way of traveling.

SECRET GARDENNewSchool of Architecture and Design 20084
This project site is located in La Jolla, California in a quiet, upper class neighborhood.
Because the area is surrounded by hills and greenery, I decided to put a nature walk through the site for light hiking. The stream will be allowed to breathe again, playing its music to its users.
5OCEANSIDE FIRE STATION #7NewSchool of Architecture and Design 2009
In designing fire stations, several issues needed to be resolved. First, the path must be unobstructed for the fire trucks so they can respond to a call unimpeded. Second, the station serves as a second home for the fire fighters while they are on duty. Third, the distance from any point of the station must be a short distance from the trucks so that the fire fighters can get in as soon as possible.
With drive through bays, there is no need for trucks to back into a space, thus saving time. The spaces are designed using as much natural lighting as possible and with nice interior to help the fire fighters feel comfortable. By radiating all other programmatic spaces around the nucleus of the fire truck bays, the distance is reduced from any point of the fire station.
