• Implement a talent mobility strategy to enhance employee careers
• Manage talent mobility with a focus on increasing engagement and boosting retention levels
• Save costs associated with recruiting as a result of attrition

14:15 INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP B: Career coaching solutions: Equip your managers to have purposeful career conversations that benefit the organization as much as they benefit the person being coached
Career development is a top engagement driver, yet often one of the lowest scoring items on most engagement surveys. In many organizations it is the #1 reason people give for leaving, especially in industries where competition for talent is fierce. Most managers understand this, yet struggle with career coaching because of a number of misconceptions around the needs of their team members.
Managers will gain: • A new perspective on career development
and the manager’s role in it • Steps for successfully preparing for and
participating in career coaching conversations
• Strategies for supporting the career development of employees who hold a wide variety of aspirations, capabilities, and attitudes

Type Mapping Using TDI®, MTR-I™ and ITPQ
Learn how to unleash the power of Type Mapping
1 – 3 May 2012
Course DescriptionType Mapping recognizes that we do not exist in isolation – we live and breathe in a system or network of interac-tions. It has extended Jung’s ideas to map four important domains – personal preferences, contextual challenge, current behavior and personal aspirations. Type Mapping provides a way to chart the important elements that con-tribute to personal performance, and team and organiza-tional performance, using a powerful and integrated model. It effectively becomes a process in which each intervention builds on what went before, thus maximizing and extending learning over time.
This course does much more than teach you to use a sin-gle questionnaire; it helps to bring the whole approach alive and will assist you in applying Psychological Type to the broader issues of motivation and self-development, as well as its implications for work and team issues – the basis of ‘Type Mapping’. You will learn approaches and techniques which link theory to practice and use different ‘lenses’ such as Learning Styles, Life Functions, Team Roles and Temperament. You will also obtain access to online and paper based Type assessments and a suite of easy-to-use computer generated reports.
Learning ObjectivesBy attending this training course, you will:
• Learn how different instruments add depth and richness by their different approaches
• Link Type to Learning Styles, Life Functions and Temperament
• Learn to use MTR-i™ - a rich Team Role model to enhance team performance and analyze the gap between individual behavior and team needs
• Take away unique and useful notes, guides and manuals• Get free materials and questionnaires for your immediate
use
