Yarn making
•The next process is making yarn from cotton fiber
•Yarn is made by the process of spinning
Fabric Making• The two most common methods of making
fabrics are:▫Weaving▫Knitting
• Fabric is produce by Knitting machine either weft knitting machine or circular knitting machine
Pattern Design
•Before fabric cutting, we have to make a pattern for t shirt
•Pattern is made according measurement specification
Fabric cutting
•Pattern is placed on fabric •Marking on fabric following shapes of
pattern•Then fabric cut by manual cutter or
machine cutter
Garment Dyeing
•There are several method of dyeing•Yarn dyeing•Fabric dyeing

Garment printing• We choose screen printing
method to apply printing on t shirt
• Printing screen is placed on garment and applied printing paste on screen

Finishing
•There are many finishes which can be applied on garment
•We applied softener finish on T shirt to make soft hand feel
•Garment is then ironed
Labeling
•Label can be stitch in garment before or after wash
•There are many types of labels that commonly used in garments▫Size label▫Care label▫Composition Label▫Bar code label

•T-shirts are usually inexpensive but price can range due to fabric, embellishments and purchase point.
