• Printing & Dissemination of products. Offering 22 products, available in 3 languages: English, Spanish, & Arabic
• Second cycle of continuous funding
• Building capacity amongst OIP staff
• Efficient Referral Systems: (Online referral, automated responses, reduces processing time in 1/2)
• 2006: 98% Referrals placed by phone
• 2009: 45.5% Referrals by phone
