Sustainable Site Design and Tactical Urbanism: Hartford Promise Zone vacant lot planning

This course project aims at improve the health and wellness of Hartford Promise Zone in sustainable way and tactical urbanism techniques. Brownfield remediation, adaptive reuse, eco-revelatory, complete street and art design approaches were involved. The SITES assessment was incorporated in the planning and design process as well.
