The CWS is invited to: (paragraph 7 of the document CWS/3/10)

(a) note the Survey Report contained in Annex to the present document;

(b) consider and approve the publication of the Survey Report and the examples of application and priority application numbers in the WIPO Handbook, as referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4, above;

(c) request the ST.10/C Task Force to prepare a new questionnaire regarding the application and priority application numbering systems used by the IPOs in the past, as referred to in paragraph 6, above, and to present the progress report or the corresponding proposal at the next session of the CWS.
