An additional for Resource X (100%) to be hired and working on weekends are allowed only for Resource X at a Rate

of 1.5 x Normal Rate (£22.5/hr) between 26/11/2014 – 22/01/2015. Task K and L are based on a Weekend Calendar.

RESULT: £11,100 cost and 1week lead time increase based on the over allocated resource case. 1st and 2nd levelling

options haven’t been selected due to excessive lead time or resource allocation requirements.
