REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS INDIAN

PREFERENCE

The Chippewa Cree Housing Authority is requesting proposals for Engineering services for thirty-one (31) 2 bedroom elderly housing units for the following: Site survey, site layout, including water, sewer, site work, roads and streets for project entitled Project MT 11-50, IHBG Senior Citizen Housing Project all located at a pre-selected site on the Rocky Boy Reservation.

All interested individuals/firms must be licensed to do business in the State of Montana. For full information and scope of work the Chippewa Cree Housing has scheduled a pre-proposal meeting for March 4th at 10:00 am, local time at the Housing office. A site visit will be available on this day also. Sealed proposals will be accepted until March 12th, 2020, at 3:00 pm, no proposals will be accepted after this time and date. The Chippewa Cree Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals that are complete and within budget.
