Know What You Want

How do YOU Define success?

• Get crystal clear about exactly what you want.

Why do you want it?

Write out why you want to achieve this goal or accomplishment• Your reasons will serve as motivation

How will you feel when you succeed?

Write out what feelings you will have when you’ve achieved your goal• Feelings are the primary drivers for all

accomplishments

PlanningWhat are the most powerful actions you can take to achieve your goal?• Create a plan of reasonable steps and timeframes.

Tip: If you’re not sure how to get there, start with the end in mind and work backward

Accountability

• How do you stay on track? Is there someone who you can help you be accountable for completing each task? We all need partners in success!
