Roles

The Key Contact manages various team tasks on the Extranet, such as assigning team roles, uploading team documents, and entering and editing the team’s data. Only the Key Contact has permission to give other team members Extranet access. However, the key contact may assign another person as a backup key contact so they can have the ability to add others to the extranet. [Program manager]

Data Entry can enter and edit the team’s measures, reports, results, and has access to the project resources.

Member can view the team’s improvement results, and has access to the project resources.
