Alhamdulillahi rabil „alamin, the researcher expresses the highest gratitude
to Allah subhanahu wa ta‟ala for blessing, love, opportunity, health, and mercy
to complete this undergraduate thesis. This undergraduate thesis entitled “The
Students‟ Perception of Plagiarism in Academic Writing at English Learning
Education Department (ELED) University of Muhammadiyah Malang” is
submitted as the final requirement in accomplishing undergraduate degree at
English Language Education Department of Muhammadiyah University.
In arranging this thesis, a lot of people have provided motivation, advice,
and support for the researcher. In this valuable chance, the writer intended to
express her gratitude and appreciation to all of them. First, the
writer‟s deepest appreciation goes to my beloved parents, my mother Yohana for
the endless love, pray, support, and the everyday reminder to always be patient
and struggle to finish this thesis. For my father Didik Purwanto for the supports
that make me be such a tough person to finally finish this thesis.
