The formation of Student Council is to grant studentsauthorities, obligations and rights to help build andmanage our school. Students, as owners of a school,should be given autonomy and responsibility tovoice, participate and manage.We believe that a better school and a spirit of democracyshould be built and exercised under substantial enthusiasmand cooperation among all individuals, especially teachersand students. It is, therefore, necessary to have our SchoolʼsStudent Council formed as an officially preliminaryorganization to Student Union for further scholasticdevelopment in the not-too-distant future.
