WehavecreatedthefollowingsetofprinciplestoguideourthinkingandactioninimplementingtheLibraryLinkNJStrategicPlan:

● Wefocusonourmulti-typemembers,theircommunitiesandtheirperspectives.

● Wevaluediversityandinclusionandsupportourmembersinputtingthesevaluesintoaction.

● Wepracticeopen,transparentcommunicationwithourmembers.

● Weprovideguidancetoourmemberlibrariesastheyadapttoevolvingideasabouttheplacelibrariesofalltypesholdinthecultureatlarge.

● Wehelplibrariesrespondstrategicallytothechallengesandopportunitiestheyface.

● Weofferopportunitiesforcollaborationandconnectioninordertocounterbalancetheisolationthatsomelibrariesmayexperience.
