Strange animals which live in Australia

New Zealand is the home of the kiwi.

These animals are in danger because the Europeans introduced new predators such as cats, dogs and ferrets which all kill young kiwis.

Kiwi is a small flighless bird. It has got a long beak and use their

powerful feet to keep attackers away.

Koalas feed on eucalyptus leaves . In this eucalyptus they have a variety of twelve different species to choose from. This is the basically the only thing they do eat.

They have a grey soft coat, a white chest, a flat nose and big ears.

They are placid animals, and not move much. They are only active for about 2 hours a day.

In my opinion it is the most strange animal.

It is mammal and omnivorous animal.

They are a night animal. They spend most of the time swimming

in the rivers.

They have got a Duck beak.

They’ve got a spur on their ankles, only the males throw out poison.
