To the right is a copy of the new standards based report card that your student will be bringing home at the end of each grading period or quarter.

Below the top section of the new standards based report card you will find the Attendance section and the Grade Marks section. First, we will take a closer look at the Attendance section.

Directly below the principal’s name on the report card is the attendance section. The attendance section shows how many times a student has been present, absent, has an excused absence, has an unexcused absence or has been marked tardy during each term or quarter.

Throughout the school year your student will be assessed according to whether or not they achieved a grade level standard.

Each time your student is assessed they will be given a number that represents a Grade Mark. The Grade Marks section to the right describes what each number represents.

If your student is enrolled in any Special Programs offered by the Wahluke School District those Special Programs will be marked with a + in the Special Programs section.
