Building Hoists

It is recommended, where possible, to create

hoists to the areas where work is being

done at height.

A secure and safe transport of building

materials, machinery, waste, etc., is best

ensured by using a building hoist.

Establish the hoist level with the

surrounding area, so carrying heavy

materials to and from the hoist will not be

carried out on a steep incline or ramps.

At a minimum, establish hoists to places

where work is being done for more than 2

months at a height of more than 25 m

above ground.

It is recommended that hoists are also

established at lower heights to carry

people and materials.

used increasingly for façade
