PRIESTHOOD APPRECIATION SUNDAY October 27th & 28th
Next weekend, October 27th & 28th, we will celebrate Priesthood Appreciation Sunday here at St. Bridget Parish. Priesthood Appreciation Sunday is a special day set aside to honor priesthood in the United States. It is a day to reflect upon and affirm the role of the priesthood in the life of the Church. At St. Bridget’s, Priesthood Sunday allows us to let our priests know how grateful we are to them for their service to us, and how grateful we are to God for the gift of their vocations to the Priesthood. Please take the time to thank our priests for the commitment and witness that they show us every day of the year, and please remember them in your daily prayers. Your prayers and support are so important to them – let them know how you feel. And finally, please remember to pray for holy vocations in our parish and in our Archdiocese. Remember:
“VOCATIONS ARE EVERYBODY’S BUSINESS!”
