wHat?We buy a space next to the river spree. The principle is called crowd-funding and it means that a large number of small investors carry a large project and develop it in

a common spirit.

wHy?Today the city of Berlin is launching an urban renewal project called “Mediaspree” to transform this area into a parade of streamline high-rise offices. The agenda of the Mediaspree program is to wipe out the legacy of the city’s post-Berlin Wall era by selling off the cultural landmarks that grew up around the Spree river partition zone.
