1. INTRODUCTION

Besides high building, water-boned, UV radiant-curing and powder coating technology, Spray Polyurea Elastomer Technology (hereinafter called SPUA) has recently shown large increases in market interest, sales volume and use because of legislation on reducing the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of the coating in CHINA. SPUA overcomes many shortcomings of traditional application technology and make a revolutionary leap for application in site.

2. ADVANTAGESExcellent mechanical properties and extended

durability, even in extreme environmental conditions.

Fast, consistent reactivity that is hydrophobic and therefore affected very little by damp or cold surfaces.

It can be sprayed directly on water or ice and has been sprayed at -20℃ with minimal effect on tack free time. No catalysts are required.

Excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates for properly formulated systems

2. ADVANTAGESReadily compliant with regulations limiting the l

evels of volatile organic compounds. Polyurea spray elastomer systems are able to meet stringent environment standards due to the 100% solids formulations.

Polyurea can be built up to any thickness in one application including vertical and overhead surfaces. It eliminates the sagging the need for multi-coat applications.

Polyurea is characterized with good weathering, abrasion resistance, chemical and water resistance, especially insensitivity to humidity.
