Truth has power. We must be careful that we are sincere and truthful in our relationship with our brethren. We must speak the truth, not opinion; remember that we are brothers and not be selfish; our speech must be constructive not destructive; we must be gentle not harsh. There is a time to be silent and a time to speak.
