Who Is SMGW? Southwest Missouri Grant Writers (SMGW) is a professional group of grant writers existing to serve area grant writers by:

• Providing skill development opportunities • Promoting grant writing and grant writers • Connecting non-profits with members We consist of grant writers of all experiences, from volunteers and novices to veteran, full-time grant writers. We have regular monthly meetings, and participate in area non-profit events throughout the year. You are welcome to visit a meeting, but we also offer membership benefits for those who want to be a permanent part of the group.
