The Advanced Credit Program (ACP) at UMSL is a dual credit program that permits qualifying students to earn college credit and to become familiar with the college experience while still in the high school setting. College credits earned through ACP are accepted at all of Missouri's public colleges and universities and many other institutions across the country.

- Cost -• Tuition – Advanced Credit Program courses cost $64 per credit hour. A

three credit hour course with the ACP costs $192. The same 3 credit hour course would cost approximately $1,000 on campus.

• ACP Scholarship - Every school with 5 or more Advanced Credit students will receive at least one student scholarship for an ACP course.

• UMSL Bound Scholarship – ACP students are qualified to apply for one of twelve UMSL-Bound Scholarships, worth $12,000 to attend UMSL.

• Get A Head Start – Students begin working on their college degree while still in high school.

• Credit Transferability - Latest studies show that 95% of colleges and universities accept dual credit courses.

• Resources – ACP students have access to UMSL’s libraries and campus events.
