100% pass rates in English Literature, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, French, German, Spanish, History and Religious Studies.

50% gaining the top grades in History58% A* in Mathematics and an impressive 75% A*-B in Further Mathematics.

Our first year of IB has been a success with Jess Hubbard achieving 39 points warranting her place at Warwick and Laurie Budden on 37 points taking up his place at Reading.

The courses at DAPA celebrated outstanding success with Musical

Theatre, Performing Arts and Production Arts achieving 100%

distinctions and merits.

All Arts and Design courses achieved outstanding results for the 43 students who followed these courses with 67% attaining A*-B grades in Art and Design and Photography and 71% in Textiles.

Dance, in association with Totnes School of Dance, secured triple distinctions for all students.

Of 166 applicants to university, the majority has secured places at their institution of choice, with three students heading for Oxford University.

Music, Drama, RS, RM and Spanish above A*/A national average for their subject. Maths and Additional Science very close

90%+ A* - C in 3 subjects: Art, Media Studies (Double Award) and RS

Music 12.5% A* (9.5% national) Maths 6.8% A* (5.2% national)

100% A* - G in 27 courses out of 35

All vocational courses 100% pass, as last year

80%+ A* - C in 9 subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Graphics, RM, Dance, Drama, French, PE

At least 12 courses improved further upon last year’s results:

Art, Business, Graphics, RM, Drama, English Languages, English Literature, Dance,

Geography, Vocational Science, Spanish, Sport/PE Studies.
