How our Program works…We are a four-year program with nine-months of school each year. After the interview process our selected apprentices come to classes every other week for training. During your training you can be referred to different jobs for on-the-training and pay. We have three instructors along with our Training Director. You will receive training in mobile cranes, tower and overhead cranes and various dirt equipment.

Who We AreAbout UsThe IUOE Apprenticeship Training program is a training program where selected individuals learn the Operating Engineer craft. The program consists of a combination of on-the-job and classroom training for a four-year duration.

While training to become a Journeyman Operator you will have the opportunity to get many different certifications, such as, Forklift, CPR/First Aid, OSHA, NCCCO: Rigger, Signal Person, Mobile Crane, Tower Crane and Overhead Crane
