99MW SePiaoTu Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in China. The SePiaoTu photovoltaic power generation project covers 4200 acres, with installed capacity of 99 megawatts, the total project investment exceeded 700 million Yuan. The project has required construction of 52 new supply towers and a new double supply line - 18.35km in total. The tower foundations started September 2016, early 2017 saw the main electrical construction, and March 2017 saw the on-site sub-station beginning finalised. The park has two 50,000 kVA main transformers, single bus wiring, 110 kV outlet with 1 supply back. Annual power generation is expected to reach about 110m kWh.

Hot step stress2: Remove thermal sensor, EUT work with full load, until temperature to 100℃ EUT shutdown Analyze: Boost diode (IXYS DSEI30) is broken. Because its temperature range is 150 ℃ Solution: Change to higher range diode(APT30DQ60B) which temperature range is 175℃ Verification: Repeat Hot step stress2, EUT failed when the temperature rise to 120 ℃

Thermal shock: From thermal shock -40 ℃ to 110 ℃, 5 cycles, EUT works normally.

Vibration stress: Accelerated speed increase from 5G to 40G, EUT works normally.
