willingness of members of a society to cooperate with each other in order to survive and prosper.

CONCLUSION

Conflict can be resolved through increasing group cohesion. There are many groups and sub-groups internally visualized in the RMG factories. These groups take pros and cons during the conflicts and conflicting issues. Conflicts can be reduced and group cohesion can be increased through paying attention and respect to the demands of each groups. Members of each group should respect and listen to each other’s problems and look after daily’s work and health condition. They should also have mutual respect and faith in their respective ability to work together.
